About the Event
Part art walk. Part concert. Part downtown adventure.
The Flood Control Stroll is a night in downtown Grand Island dedicated to celebrating community flood resilience and raising flood-safety awareness in the wake of this spring’s flooding.
Like many natural disasters, flooding is not talked about until it is too late. We partnered with local businesses to start an active conversation on flood mitigation and resilience. Together, we can build a more resilient Nebraska during future flood events.
